Turan, you're not dating a girl if you haven't already slept with her.
With that said, if you've not slept with her yet this is about as direct an invitation as you're going to get. Only the most raging sluts will directly invite you over to fuck them (and use those words or a variation) if you've not already done so.
Other girls (i.e. the majority) will ask you indirectly, as she has done. The fact she added that it's not to sound dodgy pretty much confirms this.
This is of course dependent on:
a) Her not having discounted you as a sexless herbivore following your complete inability to display even a shred of masculinity and sexual purpose in previous meetings with her
b) Her actually existing :)
